Oil quality analyzer

We present an oil analyzer that can be used to regularly check and monitor the quality of the oil.

This instrument is able to measure both TPM (Total Polar Substances), a standard used in Europe as a general assessment of the quality of frying oil, and AV (Acid Number), which indicates changes in oil properties.
