Refractometer PAL-Moisture

The percentage of water in the product is calculated according to the following formula: water content = 100 - Brix. It has an automatic temperature compensation function and protection class IP65. The device is calibrated with distilled water. Suitable for measuring hot samples.

Measuring range:

• Water content: 7.0 ... 100% (g / 100g),
• Temperature 9.0 ... 99.9 C
